Traeger Salmon

1 salmon filet (or chunks)
1 salmon rub (Such as Traeger or Paul Prudhomme’s)
1 lemon (and/or orange – sliced)
1 olive oil


1. Place salmon on a plate, skin side down
2. Brush some EVOO on the meat
3. Shake some Traeger Salmon Rub (or your preferred rub)
4. Arrange the orange and lemon slices on top of the salmon
5. Place directly on smoker, skin side down
6. Smoke for 3 – 3.5 hours
7. Enjoy!
