1 can Whole or diced plum tomato (Discard half the juice)
1 onion (Sweet)
1 jalapeno pepper (Cleaned and diced)
1/4 cup Cilantro (fresh and chopped)
1 garlic salt (To taste)
I used a food processor to blend it a bit, but still left chunks.
Let it sit for a good 30 minutes before serving.
Whole tomatoes in the can will taste better as they are only cooked once during processing, while diced or crushed tomatoes are cooked twice.
The resemblance to any local eating establishment’s salsa is purely coincidental.
